Availability Calendar

The Calendar gives you a visual overview of your inventory availability across the month, making it easy to spot gaps and plan ahead.

How it works​

The calendar displays each inventory item as a row, with the days of the month shown across the top. Booked and unavailable periods are highlighted as colour-coded blocks:

  • Blue — confirmed booking
  • Yellow — manually blocked out / unavailable period

Empty rows indicate the item is available for those dates.

  • Use the Previous and Next buttons to move between months
  • Toggle Show Available Only to hide fully booked items and only show items with availability
tip

The calendar is a great way to quickly check availability before creating a new booking, or to spot inventory that hasn't been utilised in a while.
