Pending Sessions

The Pending Sessions screen shows customers who have started the booking process on your website but have not yet completed their order. This gives you full visibility of bookings in progress and helps you follow up with customers who may need assistance.

Accessing pending sessions

Click the bell 🔔 notification icon in the top right and select a pending order notification, or access the pending sessions screen directly from the bookings area.
