Listings
Listings are the rental items displayed on your website that customers can browse and book. Each listing represents a type of vehicle or rental item and can have one or more physical inventory units attached to it.
Manage Listings
The Manage Listings page shows all your current listings in a grid or list view.
Filtering and searching:
- Search — search by vehicle name
- From / To date — filter by availability for a date range
- Location — filter by location
- Status — filter by listing status
- Sort — sort by price or other criteria
You can switch between grid view and list view using the icons above the results.
Each listing card shows the vehicle photo, name, location, passenger capacity, any special badges (e.g. Accessible), and the daily rate. Click View Details to open the full listing page.
Listing detail page
The listing detail page shows:
- Check availability — select a date range and click Book Now to create a booking directly from this listing
- Inventory Mode — how inventory is managed for this listing (set on the edit page)
- Listing Details — title, rates (daily/weekly/monthly), location, status, number of units, and inventory mode
The Listing Preview panel on the right shows how the listing appears to customers on your website.
Editing a listing
Click Edit Listing to open the Manage Listing edit page. From here you can update:
Photos
Upload, reorder, and set a default image for the listing.
Listing settings
| Field | Description |

| Location | Which location this listing belongs to |
| Minimum Duration | Minimum rental period |
| Minimum Duration Unit | Days, weeks, or months |
| Number of Units Available | How many physical units are available (up to 1000) |
| Status | Whether the listing is visible to customers |
Pricing
Set the daily, weekly, and monthly rates. The weekly and monthly rates show a percentage discount compared to the daily rate. Listings inherit their pricing structure from global settings — click View Pricing Structures to review.
SEO Settings
Set an SEO title and description to control how the listing appears in search engine results.
Vehicle Properties
Set the number of passengers and vehicle colour.
Vehicle Features
Select the features available on this vehicle. Available features include: Wheelchair Accessible, Cloth Seats, Leather Seats, A/C, Heater, Radio, CD Player, Automatic, Bluetooth, USB Ports, Backup Cam, Cruise Control, Parking Assist, GPS.
Remember to click Save Changes at the top of the page after making any edits.
