Coupon Manager
Create and manage discount coupon codes that customers can apply at checkout.
Coupon list
The coupon list shows all your coupon codes with the following details:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Code | The code customers enter at checkout |
| Name | Internal name for the coupon |
| Discount | The discount amount — either a percentage or flat dollar amount off |
| Expiration | When the coupon expires, or "No expiration" if it runs indefinitely |
| Usage | How many times the coupon has been used |
| Status | Whether the coupon is currently active |
Creating a coupon
Click + Add Coupon Code to create a new coupon. You can set:
- A unique coupon code
- The discount type (percentage or flat amount)
- An optional expiration date
Managing coupons
Use the Edit button to update a coupon or the delete icon to remove it.
tip
Use descriptive coupon names internally so your team can easily identify what each code is for — customers only see the code itself.
